PALA’s Maintenance & Support Services division is designed to provide owner / operators with consistent, on-site resources that improve reliability, responsiveness, and cost control across day-to-day operations and small capital work. Rather than relying on constantly rotating contractors, this model embeds dedicated PALA personnel directly within client facilities to act as a seamless extension of the owner’s maintenance and operations teams.

PALA provides full-time craft labor and experienced supervision stationed at owner sites year-round.
