Pala Interstate, LLC is the proud recipient of the ABC National Excellence in Construction Award for the year 2000.

Pala-Interstate, LLC., a subsidiary of Pala Group, LLC. is a Baton Rouge based company specializing in industrial construction and maintenance, repair and construction of field-erected tanks and fabrication.  Pala has performed work throughout the Southeast United States since 1973 with an average yearly volume of approximately $90 million dollars.

Pala employs 1,000 hourly employees, and has had as many as 1200. The home office is located on a 7.2 acre site in Baton Rouge with a regional office in New Orleans. The Baton Rouge site has 24,000 square feet of vessel, plate, and pipe fabrication shops and 7,000 square feet of warehouse area.   Pala has offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and La Porte, TX.

The Pala has received a number of awards and honors including National Business Roundtable Constructor Safety Award and the ABC Excellence in Construction Award.
