Pala’s emphasis on constructability allows for the effective integration of construction knowledge and experience with project planning, design, procurement and field construction to provide customers with safe, timely, experienced and cost-effective project management services.  Most construction and tank fabrication projects within Pala’s customers’ plants must be completed within an existing plant footprint, and engineering designs sometimes fail to consider the best method to construct the project.  Design issues are frequently discovered after construction has begun.  To enhance constructability and to identify design issues early in the project planning process, Pala uses its engineering expertise to review a proposed engineering design, identify potential problems and work with the engineering firm to modify designs.
